Description:
This research presents a study on the use of a water vapor furnace to reduce fuel costs in boiler operations. Experimental data show that integrating water vapor into the combustion process significantly reduces fuel consumption and operation time. Using both waste oil and diesel (solar), the average fuel efficiency improvement reaches 70% and 86% respectively. These findings indicate that water vapor furnaces can potentially reduce boiler operation costs by up to 77.5%, laying groundwork for future innovations in clean and efficient energy technology.
